Description:  The City of Kitchener is seeking professional services for permit applications, coordination with related agencies, detailed design, development of a Request For Tender (RFT) package, contract administration during construction and the warranty period, and monitoring services, for the retrofit of Stormwater Management Facility (SWMF) 65.
