Welcome to the City of Kitchener Bid Opportunities Website

Vendors are invited to create an account.  Once an account is created you will receive e-mail notifications of bid solicitations as they are posted under the categories and agencies, as selected.  Vendors wanting to submit a bid must register as a plan taker and are subject to a fee in the form of an annual subscription for unlimited submissions or for those that bid infrequently, a pay-per bid option, is available.

Bid documents can be pre-viewed at no cost to determine if the Bid is of interest to your company. 

If you have any questions about a specific bid opportunity, please direct your inquiry to the Buyer listed in the bid document.
