Digital Signatures:

The City has implemented digital signatures for execution of its Procurement Agreements. Successful vendors will not be required to acquire any software and will be able to successfully execute the agreements in a secure manner. When an Agreement is ready for signature, the vendor’s authorized signatory(ies) will receive an automated email requesting signature.

Digital Bonds:

The City will accept all Bonds (Performance / Labour and Material) electronically. Vendors are encouraged to contact their surety provider well in advance of submitting a bid. More information about digital bonds can be found on the Surety Association of Canada (SAC) website.  

Bidding System:

This site allows potential Bidders to create a Bidding System Vendor account.  Bidders select commodity codes for goods and services and the Bidding System will notify the Vendor by email of Bid opportunities matching their commodity code selection.

Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring their Vendor account information is kept current.  For step by step instructions on how to create an Account please refer to Vendor Guide.

General Information:

  • Only registered bidders will be permitted to submit bids for any bid opportunity listed
  • Note your login username and password for purchasing and downloading future bids
  • Download additional copies by logging in with the same username and password that you used to register for the bid
  • Vendors are solely responsible to keep their account profile up to date at all times as important notifications will be sent to the e-mail address associated with the account
