COMING SOON: We're expanding our services. On January 1, 2018, the City of Kitchener will be introducing electronic bid submissions for Tenders.
Please sign up for the free online webinar to learn how to create a vendor account, explore the vendor dashboard, view and find bid opportunities, submit and withdraw a bid, and manage your bid history.
Vendors are invited to create an account in order to receive e-mail notifications of bid opportunities, as they are posted under the categories and agencies, as selected. Vendors wanting to submit a bid must register as a plan taker and are subject to a fee in the form of an annual subscription for unlimited submissions or for those that bid infrequently, a pay-per bid option, is available.
Bid documents can be pre-viewed at no cost to determine if the Bid is of interest to your company.

- Only registered bidders will be permitted to submit bids for any bid opportunity listed
- Note your login username and password for purchasing and downloading future bids
- Download additional copies by logging in with the same username and password that you used to register for the bid
- Vendors are solely responsible to keep their account profile up to date at all times as important notifications will be sent to the e-mail address associated with the account
