Description: 

The City of Kitchener (“City”) invites experienced consultants specializing in structural engineering, restoration, building science, and parking planning services, to respond to this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for the provision of Structural Engineering Management Services for the city’s parking garage facilities. 

This process will select up to three (3) proponent firms to provide consulting services for the City's parking garages. 

The term of any contract(s) award shall be three (3) years commencing April 1, 2021 and ending March 31, 2024, with an option to renew for one (1) additional, three (3) year term
