This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Supply and Installation of Splash Pad – Chandler Mowat Community Centre, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City of Kitchener invites qualified, experienced splashpad providers to respond to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the complete provision (design, supply and installation, complete with all related Services and Commissioning) of the following Project at its Chandler Mowat Community Centre (the Components):
The overall construction of the Project will be completed by a pre-qualified general contractor (GC) that shall contract with the City of Kitchener through a separate lump sum bid process that will be conducted in the coming months. The City will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”). |
