The City requires professional services for design of Phase 2 elements for the development of RBJ Schlegel Park (Formerly South Kitchener District Park - SKDP) Phase 2 works include the adaptive reuse of a heritage building into a washroom/changeroom facility, a new operations maintenance building, as well as other recreational facilities, parking lot, roadways, servicing and utilities, landscaping and restoration works.
