This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Professional Services - Spandrel Panel and Exterior Cladding Replacement as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The purpose of this project is to conduct an investigation to why the exterior cladding is failing at Kitchener City Hall. The successful respondent will prepare complete detailed design documents for replacement or repair of all components and provide tender support and contract administration. The successful respondent should have a minimum of 10 years experience in building envelope.
