This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Professional Services for Post-Development Monitoring of Biological, Surface Water and Ground Water at Battler Road Snow Storage Disposal Facility (SSDF) as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City of Kitchener is seeking professional services to undertake a continuation of a post-development monitoring program, including all field work, analysis, reporting, and other activities required to complete the assignment for the Battler Road Snow Storage Disposal Facility (SSDF).  The available budget for the respondents to perform the project is $130,000 per year. The following information is intended to assist interested respondents in the preparation of this quotation by providing background information and overall terms of reference.
