Supply all labour, equipment and materials to perform interior office renovations at the City’s Bylaw Enforcement offices located at 33 Ontario Street. All work must carried out between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. during weekdays. Offices must be cleaned and ready for use the following business day. Weekend hours are available, if required, by the Contractor. This project must be completed within three (3) months of the PO issuance. The successful contractor will be required to sign a CCDC 2 - 2008 agreement with the City’s Supplementary General Conditions at time of award. |
