Description: 

The City of Kitchener intends to conduct archaeological assessments of the project area of the road reconstruction projects funded by Disaster Mitigation Adaptation Fund (DMAF) in accordance with best practices and the City of Kitchener’s efforts to build positive relationships with First Nations rights holders and communities. 

The Consultant is expected to complete the Stage 1 Archaeological Assessment within the limits of the City of Kitchener’s Road Reconstruction projects scheduled to be implemented in 2026 and 2027.
