This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for K-Hub (Intranet) Redesign, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City of Kitchener is looking to reimagine our intranet, K-Hub, to focus on delivering a personalized user experience unique to staff as well as providing internal service providers with the tools to communicate with staff effectively.   

The scalable, out-of-the-box intranet solution will be built by a Microsoft Partner with a designation for Modern Work, including expertise with SharePoint. The solution will be built on SharePoint Online and integrate with Microsoft Office 365 and Viva and its applications.

The solution will utilize Viva Connections and Engage and will be easy for the City of Kitchener, or a vendor, add existing or new Viva components such as Learning and Topics in the future.

Budget: $100,000-$125,000
