This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Supply and Installation of Play Equipment at Alpine and Vanier Park, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City of Kitchener is looking to partner for the design, supply and installation of play equipment at two (2) parks: Alpine Park and Vanier Park in Kitchener, Ontario. The overall construction of the two parks will be completed by a general contractor and the successful playground respondent will contract directly with the constructor, executing their Subcontract Stipulated Price Agreement, with a targeted completion date of September 2023. |
