The City of Kitchener is looking for a strategic partner to supply and deliver new golf carts and provide trade in consideration and pickup of old carts. The City would like to setup a multi-year contract for this provision. Our requirements for 2021 are to supply, deliver, & warrant forty-four (44), 2021 model year golf carts, (lithium battery powered) and provide trade-in consideration for fourteen (14), 2012 Club Car DS electric carts complete with chargers, ten (10) 2007 gas Club Carts, and twenty (20) 2008 gas Club Carts. The City’s intent is to award a contract that provides for the removal of the traded carts at the time of the delivery of new carts on or before July 1, 2021. Future cart requirements and number of trade ins for 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 are currently unknown and will be budget dependent. The City will negotiate future year pricing and trade in values with the successful proponent on an annual basis at the time of contract renewal. |
