This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Professional Services for City Hall Counter Service Re-Organization and Security Operations Centre Renovations , as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The purpose of this project is to centralize in-person, public facing customer service on the ground floor at City Hall in one consolidated customer service centre. |
