The City of Kitchener wishes to retain a consultant to prepare and submit a full application for a feasibility study under the Federation of Canadian (FCM) Green Municipal Fund’s (GMF) Net Zero Transformation offer for the beneficial reuse of sediments from City-owned Stormwater Management Ponds (SWM Pond). Upon successful award of the funding from the FCM, complete a feasibility study (including bench scale testing) for beneficial reuse of sediments, and prepare and submit a full application for a pilot scale project under the FCM GMF Net Zero Transformation.
