Description: 

The City is seeking a qualified Contractor to construct approximately 270m of concrete sidewalk on Glasgow St (220m), from York St to Park St and on St Leger St (50m) at 269 St Leger St. The work also includes the removal and replacement of approximately 500m of roadway asphalt. Associated works include excavation, soil removal, minor grading, asphalt paving, retaining wall installation, structure adjustments, and all required surface restorations.
