This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Corporate Printing of Property Tax, Utility and Miscellaneous Bills, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City is seeking qualified and experienced print service professionals (“respondent”) to provide all labour, equipment and facilities for file transfer, printing, folding, inserting, and mailing services of Utility, Property Tax and Miscellaneous bills to Canada Post. Printed forms and inserts will be provided to the successful respondent as needed.
