This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations Consulting Services - Hidden Valley Transportation and Noise Study, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City of Kitchener is seeking the services of a consultant to complete a Transportation Impact Assessment & Preliminary Noise Analysis to support the review and replacement of the existing Residential Hidden Valley Community Plan and the Industrial Hidden Valley Community Plan. These Community Plans will be formally repealed and replaced with a new Secondary Plan via amendment to the City’s Official Plan (OP). The subject lands (herein referred to as “the Study Area”) are approximately 200 hectares in size (Community Plans combined) and are generally bounded by Highway 8, the Grand River, Wabanaki Drive and Fairway Road. |
