This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Master Space Planning and Facilitation Partner - Interior Design Services, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The intent of this RFQ is to procure the services of an Interior Design Professional to fill the role of Master Space Planning and Facilitation Partner for major and minor office space planning and subsequent fit up implementation. The City will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”). |
