This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Professional Services for Watercourse Surveys, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City of Kitchener wishes to retain a professional services provider with expertise in surveying, watercourse engineering, and fluvial geomorphology to undertake a topographic and bathymetric survey of watercourse structures and watercourse cross-sections in support of 1D and 2D hydraulic modeling of watercourses, inline hydraulic structures, and floodplains in InfoWorks ICM hydraulic modeling software.
