This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Fire - Station Wear Clothing Program, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City is seeking submissions from qualified uniform distributers (respondents) for the supply and delivery of new station wear clothing compliant with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard on Emergency Services Work Apparel 1975. Annual clothing requirements for the City’s Kitchener Fire Department (“KFD”) is currently being supplied on an as required basis. The City is looking to streamline a clothing program through an individual access electronic ordering platform where the successful respondent will be responsible to manage all facets of the program. Schedule A – Apparel Specifications contains a list of mandatory required items, specifications and images of apparel to be downloaded through the Bidding System. This is for visual purposes only. |
