This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Kitchener (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Professional Services - Grand River Recreation Complex Mechanical Review & Upgrades, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).  

The City of Kitchener is seeking to retain a qualified consulting team to complete a comprehensive assessment of the mechanical systems at the Grand River Recreation Centre (GRRC), located at 600 Heritage Drive, Kitchener, Ontario. The review will include the facility’s air handling systems, building heating systems, pool heating systems, and domestic hot water (DHW) systems. 

All respondents must have a vendor account with the City’s electronic bidding system at: https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca and must be registered as a plan taker for this opportunity. This will enable the respondent to download the solicitation document, to ask questions, to receive addenda email notifications, download addenda, and submit their quotation electronically through the bidding system.
