This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective Contractors to submit non-binding quotations for Spot Improvement Program, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The work includes the removal of existing asphalt surface and replacing with new asphalt and widen to 4 metres. Enhancing trail entrances with proper access which include concrete aprons, tactile warning plates. The City will only consider quotations received from Contractors who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”). |
