The City invites qualified, experienced, responsible contractors to respond to this tender for the supply and delivery, including appointment scheduling, installation sharing and warranty of domestic water meters.

The successful contractor will assume responsibility for customer contact management appointment scheduling, in addition to water meter exchange work in support of Kitchener Utilities residential water meter replacement program.

The contractor will schedule installation and other works with City residents via mail, telephone and other effective means, in order to book appointments and to exchange meters in a timely and coordinated manner. No part of this work can be subcontracted.
