This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective Contractors to submit non-binding quotations for Doon Pioneer Community Centre Accessibility Upgrades, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City is looking to partner with a qualified Contractor to perform accessibility upgrades to the entrances at Doon Pioneer Community Center located at 150 Pioneer Drive, Kitchener, ON. The scope includes but is not limited to the doors and ramp accesses at North Side Entrance, a new ramp at the East Entrance and a sloped exit near the main entrance. 

The City will only consider quotations received from Contractors who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”).
