This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective Contractors to submit non-binding quotations for Park Improvements - Idlewood Park, Kinzie Park, and Oaten Park, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City is looking to partner with a Contractor that is interested, qualified, and capable to act as the general contractor to engage in the construction of multiple park improvement projects concurrently at various locations in Kitchener.
The successful contractor will be required to sign a CCDC 2 - 2020 agreement with the City’s Supplementary General Conditions at time of award. Only pre-qualified contractors through project RFSQ22-144 Request for Supplier Qualifications of General Contractor Roster - Park Improvement Projects process will be invited to submit on this quotation. |
