This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations Consultant Services - Comprehensive Operating Review of City-Owned Performing Arts and Entertainment Venues, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Drawing from the respondent’s extensive expertise in municipally owned for-profit and non-profit entertainment venue management, propose recommendations that will optimize the operational environment of City owned performing arts and entertainment venues: the Centre in the Square, the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium, the Conrad Centre for the Performing Arts, and the Registry Theatre. |
