This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective Contractors to submit non-binding quotations for Centreville Chicopee Community Centre Site Improvements, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City is looking to partner with a prequalified contractor for renovations and exterior improvements to the Centreville Chicopee Community Centre (CCCC) located at 141 Morgan Avenue, Kitchener, ON. The successful contractor will be required to sign a CCDC 2 - 2020 agreement with the City’s Supplementary General Conditions at time of award. Only pre-qualified contractors through project RFSQ23-110 - Prequalification General Contractor - Centreville Chicopee Community Centre Site Improvement will be invited to submit on this quotation. |
