This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Print, Production, and Delivery of the Kitchener Life Magazine , as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City invites qualified, experienced production and print specialists to respond to this quotation for the provision of the production, printing and delivery of four (4) issues of the new Kitchener Life Magazine. |
