| Description: | The City invites qualified general contractors to supply all labour, equipment and materials for the replacement of the Twin Pads at The AUD, 400 East Avenue; Kitchener, Ontario. The successful contractor shall start construction May 8, 2017 and shall ensure sufficient levels of skilled labour are scheduled accordingly to ensure the work is completed no later than August 20, 2017. Qualified general contractors shall have completed a minimum of three (3) rink slabs in the past ten (10) years. One (1) of the referenced slabs must have been a rink replacement project. The successful contractor will be required to sign a CCDC2-2008 agreement at time of award. |
