Supply and install a state-of-the-art sportsfield lighting system at the City’s Breithaupt Park as per specifications. The sportsfield lighting designed and accounted for in the Terms of Reference is Musco’s Light-Structure system with TLC for LED. Alternate systems will be evaluated during the question period (Clause 7, Page 6). Interested bidders having an alternate solution(s) shall submit their system specifications during the tender open period and the City shall review every submittal per section 26 56 68, in addition to all the requirements stated in the specifications document related to functionality, to verify the alternate system meets the design requirements set out. The successful contractor will be required to sign a CCDC2-2008 agreement with the City’s Supplementary General Conditions at time of award. |
