This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Kitchener (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Employee and Family Assistance Program, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City is seeking an Employee and Family Assistance Program (the “EFAP”) provider to deliver confidential counselling, crisis support, wellness education, and advisory services for employees and their families. Key deliverables include professional counselling by certified practitioners, health and wellness seminars, crisis and trauma support, management consultation, and access to services through multiple channels such as in‑person, phone, online, and mobile app. The program must also provide short‑term counselling, referrals, and educational resources that support individual and organizational well‑being.
