This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Professional Services – Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) Advisor, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

After careful consideration, the City has selected the Integrated Project Delivery model to design and construct the Indoor recreation project at Schlegel Park. The City seeks the services of a IPD Advisor with expertise in the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) method along with LEAN construction to act as an IPD Advisor to City staff. The IPD Advisor will assist the City in the development of a governance model for IPD, provide training throughout the life of the project and provide general oversight with respect to IPD methodology
