This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Professional Services - Official Plan Community Engagement, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City is seeking a team of qualified consultants to support the development and delivery of a new Official Plan (OP), alongside the City’s Policy and Research division (the City’s Project Manager) and other supporting divisions. The preparation of a new OP (the “Project”) includes the community engagement workplan addressed by this RFQ, as well as technical and policy components completed by the technical background study consultants retained through separate processes and City Staff. The City will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”). |
