The City invites qualified, experienced contractors to respond to the Request for Tender for the supply, delivery, installation, training and maintenance of one (1) Canada Post approved high volume/capacity, Postage Machine complete with postage meter. Upon review and evaluation of the tenders received, the City will decide whether to purchase OR to lease the machine. The successful contractor will also provide a post warranty (10) year comprehensive preventive maintenance plan upon a decision to purchase the machine and alternatively, a five (5) year comprehensive preventive maintenance plan upon a decision to lease the machine. The City is looking forward to receiving and reviewing every tender. |
