The provision of retro-reflectivity measurement of the City’s regulatory and warning traffic signs in accordance with the Ontario Traffic Manual (OTM), Book #5, #6, & #8.

The City’s road network comprises of 3245 sections, with an estimate of over 10,000 Regulatory and Warning signs.
