This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Environmental Consultant for Spill Incident Response, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City of Kitchener (City) is looking for an Engineering Consulting Firm to provide consulting services for emergency spill response and support the City’s spills response contractor or the City’s operational teams. The successful proponent shall be providing services within the entire City.
