This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Professional Services – Ward 2 Park Network Improvements, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City of Kitchener is seeking to engage Professional Services, the Successful Respondent will be retained to provide professional services to assist in public engagement, detailed design and construction documentation, tendering and contract administration for three separate neighborhood parks (Idlewood, Kinzie, and Oaten) within Ward 2 of the City of Kitchener. The intent is to create inspired and equitable park spaces that support a vibrant, inclusive, and engaged community.
