This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Upper Canada Park: Parking Lot and Site Improvements as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City is seeking Professional Services to carry out the design development and contract administration of the proposed parking lot and park facility upgrades at Upper Canada Park, inclusive of overall project management, design and contract administration services. The City will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”). |
