This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective Contractors to submit non-binding quotations for Westwood Drive Road Reconstruction, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City is looking to partner with a qualified Contractor to perform the scope of work, which involves the reconstruction of Westwood Dr. from Glasgow to Westmount Dr W. The work includes the replacement of existing sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water supply systems, roadways, curb and gutter, sidewalks, and municipal service connections to the property line.
