| Description: |
The City of Kitchener (City) intends to install new Stormwater Management (SWM) Facilities within three (3) City Parks: Prospect Park, Cherry Park, and Victoria Park. The goal of the project is to increase the proportion of stormwater management-controlled drainage areas within the City to improve water quality and quantity as well as erosion control. The successful Respondent is expected to provide professional engineering services for all permit applications, coordination with related agencies, engagement, consultation, detailed design, development of a Request For Quotation (RFQ) package, contract administration during construction and the warranty period, and monitoring services related to the implementation of these SWM facilities. This project will be funded in part by the Government of Canada through the Disaster Mitigation and Adaptation Fund (DMAF). |
