This RFSQ seeks an Owner’s Representative with the necessary expertise, capability and resources to aid in the development and delivery of the City of Kitchener’s long term capital plan. The Successful Proponent must be able to provide a roster of project professionals and should have extensive, demonstrated experience delivering capital programs on behalf of local governments in Ontario.
This RFSQ is intended to find a qualified collaborator who can provide flexible capacity and provide the requisite expertise to give the residents of the City of Kitchener value for their tax dollars. The successful firms will provide a wide variety of Owner’s Representative services as the City of Kitchener builds out and delivers upon a 10-year capital plan. There are expected to be a variety of assignments for a three-year term. |
