Adelaide Street, Talbot Street and Patricia Avenue (North End to Victoria Street South) Road Reconstruction – extending over an approximate project distance of 1310 metres.  The work includes the replacement of the existing sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water supply system, roadway, curb and gutter, sidewalks and municipal service connections to the street property line. The project is to be completed over a 2 year period. The first phase is to be completed in 2018 and the second phase is to be completed in 2019 as outlined in the project staging plan. There are 115 working days allotted per year of the project.
