For Pre-Qualified General Contractors Only: The Owner proposes to renovate the existing City Hall outdoor
spaces. The construction of site
services include but are not limited to general site work and grading/drainage,
site demolition, waterproofing of parking garage, tree removal, relocation and
protection of existing art work, concrete works, unit paving walkways, concrete
seatwalls and features, water display feature, ice rink, site lighting, and
electrical works, site furnishings, irrigation, and landscape plantings. The project will take place over two
phases. Phase 1, consisting of the work
in Carl Zehr Square and College Street shall commence in March 2020. Phase 2, consisting of the Duke Street Square
and Young Street shall commence in March 2021.
All work shall be complete by September 2021. |
