This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Tree Pruning, Removal and Stumping Roster as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The City invites qualified experienced respondents to this Request for Tree Pruning, Removal and Stumping Services to issue a Standing Offer for Tree crown and stem removals located along City road allowances, City parks, other City lands and tree stump removals and restoration located along City road allowances. The City will only consider responses received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFSQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”). |
