Description: 

The successful Contractor will be responsible for the removal and disposal of approximately 2,100 tonnes of excess materials excavated from City Stormwater Management (SWM) Ponds. The successful Contractor will be responsible for all required machinery, equipment, haulage, labour, and cleanup associated with the removal and disposal of the excess materials. The excess materials are stockpiled in two (2) piles located adjacent to 1585 Battler Road, Kitchener, ON, referred to as Battler Yard SWM BLK 61 and is a City owned facility.
