This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Professional Services – Disaster Mitigation and Adaptation Fund Bundle D – Creek Improvements and Realignment, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City of Kitchener (City) intends to address the highest priority creek erosion sites identified through the Integrated Stormwater Master Plan (ISWM-MP). The erosion sites may need to be addressed through erosion mitigation techniques, channel restoration, realignment, stabilizing road embankments, and bank treatment.
