The City invites qualified, experienced contractors to respond to this tender for the provision of all labour, material, equipment and supervision, to complete membrane and other repairs at the Duke & Ontario Streets Parking Garage, as detailed in the attached specifications, taking into account all site conditions, noise restrictions, work area restrictions, protection requirements, and accessibility restrictions, etc. 

A non-mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday April 7, 2020 at 11:00 am. 
Bid Document Access:  Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents.
