The City requires the services of a Contractor to process clean stockpiled concrete and asphalt at the Kitchener Operations Facility (KOF). The scope of work includes crushing, screening, and processing the materials into Granular A (30% asphalt / 70% concrete) and Granular A (100% asphalt).
