The City is seeking a qualified contractor to carry out localized repairs to the existing parking garage structure and waterproofing systems at the Charles and Benton Parking Garage located at 4 Charles Street East, Kitchener, Ontario.

The City will only consider quotations received from Contractors who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”).
Bid Document Access:  Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents.
