Description: 

Supply all labour, equipment and materials to perform bathroom and dorm renovation at Kitchener Fire Department (KFD) Headquarters, located at 270 Strasburg Road, Kitchener ON, N2E 3M6.

The KFD headquarters is looking to swap locations of the existing female showers/lockers and sleeping quarters. The relocation of the locker/shower (existing sleeping area) area must be completed, before the work in the new location for the sleeping quarters (existing female showers/lockers) can commence. The facility is always open and occupied. The project must be completed on time and with minimal disruption as the work will be right above the 24hr dispatch call center for the region.

The successful contractor will be required to sign a CCDC 2 - 2008 agreement with the City’s Supplementary General Conditions at time of award.
